“The office is rarely staffed, so make sure you have the app and have access yourself. The AC units don't feel like they are climate controlled, but didn't have any issues with anything getting damaged. Easy to get to, as well as load/unload. Reasonable pricing.”

“This place is HUGE!! First- I had to call them to change my location because I reserved a unit at the wrong one. Totally my fault. The lady (Denise..?) was amazing! She was so friendly and super personable- it felt like I was talking to a friend I'd had for years! Since I finished my reservation on the phone, she was able to give us a free padlock- SCORE! AND the month of October was free! DOUBLE SCORE!!
When we finally showed up, Rick greeted us at the gate (as we struggled with our passcode, again MY fault?) and we drove on to cruise thru the property looking for our Unit. I think Rick knew by the size of our UHaul that we had rented a unit that we would not have found if not for his keen eye and assistance! He lead us to the lower entrance of the StorageMart right next to Ward Park, HOORAY!! We made it! We are relocating from a different state and this whole process was so easy, affordable, and really really friendly! Seriously- don't go anywhere else!!
PS- the barbed wire above and below on the fences makes it obvious that safety is a priority here, that we aren't just a Unit rent check. It gives the impression that they are as concerned about protecting our belongings as we are! Thank you StorageMart!”
