“Updated. Changed from a 2 star to a 4 star. I received a call based on this review from Public Storage. It appears the phone system for all of customer service. I still couldn’t reach someone when I needed to. However, they took time to call back and make sure it got resolved. That’s good customer service. Not many companies doing that these days IMO. Thanks PS for the follow up.I’ve tried multiple times to call the office. The phone rings once and then nothing, no additional rings and no response. It’s hard to do business with a company I can’t contact.”

“It was pretty convenient to set it up over the telephone. Get my codes and my storage locker. I took my stuff in just before closing . Only thing I didn't like was. It's built on a hill and my storage. Locker was the only one that had a layer of mud in front of the door and I had to track through the mud in and out and out.”
