“Time to get back to daily cleaning as the rooms were a bit musty, but otherwise fine. The breakfast wasn’t as well stocked this time as usual even though the breakfast area was nearly empty. Otherwise, it was as expected from Drury quality!”

“A very diligent, friendly, and helpful staff. I had booked the wrong night & didn't discover it until check-in the day before my incorrect booking. Hannah at the front desk was so kind and found us a room. Great! We were tired from a day's traveling.Hampton Inns are consistent in cleanliness, good breakfast, and quiet rooms. They don't disappoint.Someone in the parking lot spilled many pistachios between our car & theirs. It was cleaned up by morning. I'm impressed!I-70 traffic (see pic) is easily heard at this location, but we bring a sound machine with us & heard nothing throughout the night.Safety: A safe, well-light location near restauants & many businesses.”

“HUGE potholes in parking lot have only gotten deeper every year for at least the past five years; serious lawsuit waiting to happen. Bed in 423 is way past expiry. I'll make a different solution next time I have business near KC.”

“There IS a $50 deposit at check in but they do quickly refund it once you check out..If there's no new damage to the room. This would have been 5 stars except that on our way there we made reservations... was NOT told there's NO microwave in the rooms... and before we got to the motel we stopped and bought some frozen food to eat for dinner (long long driving day and we were very tired). I wasn't even told about it at check in. When we called the desk they said the only one was the one everybody uses was in one room on the other side of the building. We were diagonally opposite of it. So... no dinner. At least there IS Wifi (which the previous motel didn't have). Prices are very reasonable. MO does have high taxes though.
Looks like some of the rooms are in the process of being remodeled... like ours was. Besides the issue about the non microwave, customer service was very friendly. Had an issue too with the remote (ended up just being needing new batteries) and the maintenance man took a while but he's only one guy for the whole place so please be patient, he will show up.”
