“Picked up a pair of Nike shoes and a week later they started squeaking. Called the store and they said bring ‘em in and exchange them for whatever other shoes. In this day and age it’s not common to get that kind or service. I’ll definitely be shopping here from shoes from here on.”

“Shoe Express did an excellent job repairing a broken handle on my suitcase. I also had a missing zipper head that I did not even mention when I took it into the shop. When I picked it up a zipper head had been added and all the other zipper heads on the suitcase were replaced to match!! Another bonus was that the repair was done in half the time expected!!!”
“I want to thank the folks at New Balance for setting me up with some great shoes!I saw Walt Closer first (unfortunately, he's since retired), who was extremely thorough and measured my feet to determine my current shoe size, which is 8.5. (As we age, our feet may change in size due to flattening of the arches.) Walt said that my forefoot was wide but my rearfoot was normal to narrow. He suggested a normal width of shoe but I asked to try a wide width. I liked the pair I tried on in the store, and as I was walking around they were comfortable.When I got home and started using them, I discovered that my heel was slipping up and down (Note to self: Listen to the shoe salesman! He knows what he's talking about!). Since I'd worn them several times, I needed to figure out some kind of modification. They were still comfortable, aside from the heel slippage, and I didn't want to give them up.I went back to the New Balance store and talked with Ayden. Hurray!! There is such a thing as a tongue pad, which adheres to the underside of the tongue of the shoe, keeping the midfoot secure and preventing the rearfoot from rising up out of the shoe. We tried them on my shoes, and they worked perfectly!! Now I'm back to wearing my New Balance shoes and love them. Thank you to Ayden for his knowledge and ability to come up with a modification! And thank you to Walt for his expertise in fitting shoes! The New Balance team is GREAT!”

“The selection is excellent. There was one specific sales rep that has been consistently short towards my mother 80+ and I every visit. It was extremely disheartening as we visited this store 4 times in the last month. Purchased 3 pairs of shoes. The excuse could not be store was busy as the store opened at 10am. We usually arrived 10 - 11am”

Designer Shoe Warehouse is like a shoe lover's paradise! Seriously, they have more shoes than I've ever seen in one place. And the prices? Amazing! I found a pair of Kenneth Cole shoes on clearance for $50 – normally $150! I ended up getting two pairs of shoes and some nice socks all for under $150.
Special shoutout to Nevaheh, the cashier. Not only is she incredibly attractive, but her pleasant service made my day. If you’re on the hunt for great deals and fantastic service, check this place out. It’s a gem! ???”
