“Picked up a pair of Nike shoes and a week later they started squeaking. Called the store and they said bring ‘em in and exchange them for whatever other shoes. In this day and age it’s not common to get that kind or service. I’ll definitely be shopping here from shoes from here on.”

The size I needed wasn't available in store, but as a large man with large feet, this is something I more or less have come to expect, and he was able to find a pair to ship to the store that ought to work.Update: The shoes I ordered arrived in a timely fashion and were a good fit for me and my orthotics.”

“I always enjoy browsing through the enormous selection of shoes. It is rare that I can't find something I need and that says something because I have problems with my feet including a wide arch and arthritis in my big toe. The clerks were helpful and efficient.”
“Shoe Express did an excellent job repairing a broken handle on my suitcase. I also had a missing zipper head that I did not even mention when I took it into the shop. When I picked it up a zipper head had been added and all the other zipper heads on the suitcase were replaced to match!! Another bonus was that the repair was done in half the time expected!!!”

Went here on Black Friday it was crazy and still multiple staff members went out of their way to help me but not in an overwhelming way, more like your shopping with a bunch of your besties kind of way. “Never been inside any LOFT store ever before and my first experience was beyond GREAT!! Every worker was friendly and welcoming from the time I entered the door. Not only did they set up a dressing room for me, they assisted me with finding occasional pants in the back and even helped me order additional pants styles online.
