“I had an issue with my boot leather tearing on the tongue of both boots. The staff took care of getting me replacement pair and took new measurements so I could buy the correct inserts. I have been buying the same model Red Wing boot for over 20 years and this is the first time I ever had an issue. I love the boots and love the service I get from my local store. I am definitely a for life customer. I have probably had at least 12 -15 pairs of these boots. I love that they are made in the USA and my money goes to a good company that makes good products and isn't in a race to the bottom like almost all other shoe/boot manufacturers.”

“I want to thank the folks at New Balance for setting me up with some great shoes!I saw Walt Closer first (unfortunately, he's since retired), who was extremely thorough and measured my feet to determine my current shoe size, which is 8.5. (As we age, our feet may change in size due to flattening of the arches.) Walt said that my forefoot was wide but my rearfoot was normal to narrow. He suggested a normal width of shoe but I asked to try a wide width. I liked the pair I tried on in the store, and as I was walking around they were comfortable.When I got home and started using them, I discovered that my heel was slipping up and down (Note to self: Listen to the shoe salesman! He knows what he's talking about!). Since I'd worn them several times, I needed to figure out some kind of modification. They were still comfortable, aside from the heel slippage, and I didn't want to give them up.I went back to the New Balance store and talked with Ayden. Hurray!! There is such a thing as a tongue pad, which adheres to the underside of the tongue of the shoe, keeping the midfoot secure and preventing the rearfoot from rising up out of the shoe. We tried them on my shoes, and they worked perfectly!! Now I'm back to wearing my New Balance shoes and love them. Thank you to Ayden for his knowledge and ability to come up with a modification! And thank you to Walt for his expertise in fitting shoes! The New Balance team is GREAT!”
“If I could leave 3.5 stars, I would.. but I'll round up. The young man that helped me did a great job finding the right shoe. He was maybe a little green still, and a bit awkward in his small talk, but very friendly.The stars come off for the checkout experience.. the moment they swiveled the iPad around and asked for a TIP for selling me a pair of $145 shoes I was shocked! I hate, hate, hate being put on the spot so I hit the 10% button and ended up paying nearly an extra $15 for my new shoes. Of course he said, oh this isn't necessary, just hit whatever you want there... But then they stare at you and they know and you know.. and it just ruined the whole experience for me.”

“They had a pretty good selection of clothes. The prices were ok and they had some sales going on which seems to be the norm. We weren't bothered as we browsed around the store either. Sometimes when your at a place in the mall the sales people are on you like a hawk, but not this place. They just left us alone until we had a question. When we did have a question about the product they were quick to respond with the best of answers. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they were carrying. I still think that this place is one of the most popular places to go for this kind of shopping. I can honestly say that you won't be dissatisfied with your own trip to this location. We now have added this place to our own little list of must visit shops.”

“Shoe Express did an excellent job repairing a broken handle on my suitcase. I also had a missing zipper head that I did not even mention when I took it into the shop. When I picked it up a zipper head had been added and all the other zipper heads on the suitcase were replaced to match!! Another bonus was that the repair was done in half the time expected!!!”

“If you've never tried the Slip-ins, you are missing something spectacular. Not only do you NOT have to bend over to put them on, or hike up your leg to get them to fit properly, all you have to do is slide your toes in, and step down. It's that easy. As for comfort, you will be walking on clouds. We got a pair for my Dad who is 97 and he just loves them. Mom will be getting her pair for Christmas. Some styles also come in Wide. They're having an awesome holiday special of buy one get one 50% off.”

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”
“Nice, large sports and outdoors store with nearly everything you need in those categories. Stopped here for ponchos and water boots and found exactly what we needed and the prices were better than the competition in the same area. It was easy navigating the store and it is near a lot of other stores and restaurants making it very convenient.”
“I had a damaged sweater given to me foe Christmas and they were able to provide a full refund. And while it was a seasonal item. They assisted in finding me the same sweater online which was on clearance. I ended up saving 18.00 after the extra customer service provided.”
“Ive been shopping at this Aldo location for years, the girls here are kind, genuine and fashionable. The young lady w pink hair , I think she’s the manager. Always recognizes me, knows my size and helps me put outfits together. Helped me a couple of times at other locations around the area too. I’ve experienced interactions with other employees in the store and all are warming with their behavior. I’m happy to see my favorite store is doing well especially on the weekends, it can get pretty busy but usually they get me in and out fast. Only down side is that sizes/ bags do sell out fast. If you see something you like I recommend you buy it that day, chances are it’ll be gone after the weekend.”

Don't mind the haters, and come here if you need shoes for a kid or if you're a gal shopping for yourself and wear youth sizes. It was a good time. They were wise beyond their years.”
