“A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!”
