“My car broke down near the bait shop, just nearly making it into to shop’s parking lot. Trey was so kind as to allow me, along with my two littles and grandma to come into the shop to wait for our ride. It was incredibly hot today and he let us sit in the a/c while we waited & contacted the necessary people. He talked with us & didn’t treat us like a bother. He also made recommendations for bird/dog food & I assured him that we would be back to purchase for our two dogs & our wild bird friends. Thank you!”

“K9 Closet is a fantastic place to get unique products for your cats and dogs. They have lung tips my dogs and cats adore. And a big bag is very reasonably priced. They also have a wide variety of martingale collars that the owner hand makes. They have a refrigerator stocked with fresh food, dog toys that are "indestructible", and a large variety of cat toys. They have lots of choices for dog cookies, often in themes such as Chiefs or Royals. They always have new and different products available and have a great skin care line for pets with problem areas. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And you can bring your pet inside and the staff will love on them!! Excellent store!”

“I am always afraid to start a new groomer just like your own hair stylist you don't know what you'll get right? I meet w Weston the groomer that we were very fortunate to get for my year old Goldendoodle. Ginger had been groomed before but the last time she was completely taken down to a poodle at a different grooming place and I was so shocked I could not talk. But Weston met w me I showed him the prior grooming pic saying I don't like that! He looked at her pointed out she had some matting but said he would do his best. Weston rocks....Ginger is beautiful! My husband and I love her look! Weston you are outstanding! Ginger has found a new man in her life in Weston!”

After YEARS of haircuts that were inconsistent, choppy, and awkward looking, I was referred to Bobbi’s.Not only is this one of the best grooms my big Golden retriever has ever had, it was affordable, timely, and they provided great service. “I have been using their collars since 2005!! Love the collars so much.♥️ Some do not like to get so close to bully breeds. Luckily, only once did someone call. Annie jumped out of the vehicle at Costco. We got the call immediately and got our baby from the person who called. Those tiny tiny tiny tags are unreadable because of the size. If you know anything about dogs, last thing you do is put your face near a dog you do not know!”

“SOOOOO GOOD!!! Everything you could possibly want in a local store for aquariums. Betta fish are the best kept I've ever seen in a pet store hands down. They have bubblers in quart size containers! Very nice to see! Best of all, the PRICES ON THE BETTAS AREN'T INSANE?! I was shocked. In addition to this, they have so many aquatic plants and supplies, and fish! So fun. My fish from here is doing great. Also, tons of cute dog sweaters.”

“A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!”

“We've had our English Setters groomed many times over the years. They are a very specialized & difficult breed to groom, so we've always just accepted what we got, never expecting much. However, our recent grooming visit at Petsmart in Kansas City, Ward Parkway, exceeded all of our expectations! Rori and the staff gave our Keeley a textbook groom all around. We couldn't believe it. Her coat length, tail, ears, tummy, head, grinch feet & leg feathers were trimmed perfectly. My husband and I have told our family and friends about our experience. The price was very reasonable & the service time was punctual. I highly recommend!”

“I took in two stray cats, one of which appeared to have frostbite on a paw, the day before we were forecasted to have -30 degree windchills. I thought I would have them for a very short time before they’d be taken to a shelter. Little did I know how hard it would be to find a place to take them. I literally spent an entire day calling all around the metro, and this was the only place that was willing to help. Not even animal control would. It’s obvious they actually care about cats and are just kind people.”
