Shout out to Bob for helping exchange my Pathfinder's warrantied-battery quickly and kindly. It had already been a long and hot day, so having to deal with a dead battery was not what I wanted to do. My man Bob had me in and out so fast. For that I am grateful.

Went to OReillys to have a code ran on my vehicle. Ben was very knowledgeable and took time to explain some of the results of the code for me along with possible resolutions. He saved me a trip to the dealership mechanic. Vehicle is running like a dream. Thank you for going above and beyond.
