The owner himself answered the call and was very honest about the lengthy wait time if we brought it to him. He was kind enough to refer us to another body shop that he thought was ethical. They in turn charged us nothing to evaluate the damage and recommend scrapping it. Thank you, RK Collision, for taking the time to get us into good hands from so far away--when you were clearly very busy!”

“I called very early in the morning and the man answering the phone took my call almost immediately and offered to look at my vehicle (which I had no clue what was going wrong with it) every other shop I called was either extremely busy or straight up rude. He originally thought my Catalytic converter was stolen but after taking a less than 5 minute look he said he wasn’t stolen and recommended a muffler shop nearby and was very nice and kind about everything 5 stars! It’s not hard to be nice and take 5 minutes out of your day to help a possible customer and even though he wasn’t able to help fix my problem I am for sure coming back here just from customer service alone.Service: Auto maintenance”

Our car had been towed to a place nearby, and when I called to see if they could replace the broken tie rod on the front wheel they said yes. Curtis was very kind and professional.
