“Went to Roses Muffler to fix a hole in my flex pipe at the recommendation of my technician at Raytown Repair. He estimated it would be about 150 bucks based on the size of the hole and labor, my total was actually 140 bucks which for the parts and labor I found reasonable. The Rose's are very friendly folks and made quick work of the job. I was scheduled about a week out from when I called which, since I wasn't in a rush, was no issue. No one tried to upsell me on anything, just fixed the hole as asked quick and easy which was nice. My car now sounds like a dream- I'd recommend this place to friends and family in the future.”

“Last night my Subaru wouldn't start. Luckily I was near O'Reilly autoparts in grandview. The staff was struggling to help me. A young man who appeared to be a customer, offered to help. Long story short, I needed a new battery. The "customer " took my old one out and installed the new one. He then gave me his business card and said to stop by and visit he & his wife's business! Thanks for helping me out!!”

“Add me to those who have expressed their praises for Adams Auto Service, thanks to (owner-operator?) Rick. My car had developed a loud noise with dragging sensation occurring on all hard right turns. Rick test drove the car, and instantly surmised what was wrong: An issue concerning the brake caliper. (He brought the part to me and explained what was wrong, pointing out the tell-tale signs. I appreciated his thoroughness in acquainting me with the problem). He quickly attended the problem and test drove the car again to confirm that it was properly fixed. It was! In the meantime, he squeezed me in for an oil change that I requested on the spot. He charged a reasonable amount, which I was happy to pay. I plan to have my car serviced in the future right here. Also, the business hours on certain websites may be incorrect - the business manager I worked with stated that they're typically open from 9 am - 12 pm on Saturdays, but some websites say they're closed on Saturdays. Even though this was only one visit for a car inspection, I would bring my car here again based on their solid customer service.”

I had 3 locations tell me I had an oil leak and needed a new motor. I took my old truck here and to my surprise I had a power steering leak and timing was out!!! Can I say again, honest!!!! “I came in yesterday with my son's car and spoke with Crystal. She was very busy at the moment, but stopped everything and gave me her full attention. She said that she could not get me in for an oil change, and apologized, but said that she would come out right then and check all the fluids in the car to make sure that we were doing OK. She then followed me out and proceeded to look the car over and let me know everything was OK. We have been customers here and will continue to be.
