Richard and his crew diagnosed and replaced the timing belt for less than half of that quote. It was finished in about 5 business days once they got the parts. They did an amazing job! I’d recommend anyone take their VW here.”

“I had two cars with rock chips, so I called to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered the phone had excellent customer service! When we arrived, wow — EVERYONE there was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We talked about food, business, and just had great conversation all around. I would never use another glass company as long as they’re around. Hands down one of the best business experiences I’ve had in a long time (outside of my own restaurant, of course! ?).”
“I had them look at my 2017 jeep renegade. I was having a nasty vibration during acceleration. I thought it may have been my cv shaft. They looked over my jeep only saw a small cut in the boot. They said my cv shaft was fine. They couldn't figure it out recommend another shop. Mike didnt charge me for them looking at my jeep. Which was amazing. We've had a very rough weekend, had to make a trip to MN for my mom. She has a brain aneurysm. After she had surgery we came back. On the way back a semi hauling an amazon trailer ran us off the road. That's when my jeep started having issues. The act of kindness was releaf for my husband and me after the sh!t hit the fan for us. THANKS MIKE!”

“Extremely impressed with their quality of work and the speed at which they did the work. I dropped my car off at 8 am on a Tuesday, thinking it would take 2 days. It took one day for them to R&R the rear bumper and to paint it. The color match is perfect. They didn't blend into the quarter panels. They just did a panel paint of the rear bumper. The clear coat has less orange peel than the factory paint. If you need body work done, this is the place!”
“No matter which mechanic helps you at Jack’s they are always fair and helpful. I’ve had small issues like a wiper issue fixed to figuring out what was wrong with by 4x4 system. Even an inspection is done with the upmost professionalism and you feel safer knowing it is thoroughly taken care of. Everyone in here is courteous, great at explaining problems and helping it be as financially helpful as they can. No one I know has ever felt ripped off after going to Jack’s.”

Matthew set me at ease as he walked me through the brake work my car needed. He was professional, knowledgeable and treated this 76 yr old lady with kindness and respect.
