“I received a replacement phone - to which they couldn't help me over the phone, so I stopped out at the store (1 1/2 hour drive) to simply have Austin help me swap out my sim card from my old phone to the new phone. If he wasn't able to help that, I would have been truly upset, as the help via the phone through at&t was not helpful and they would have had me scratching up the microphone on my replacement phone. Austin was hesitant as I know they probably are not able to help (with phones received via the online order), but was still so very helpful in the end. I mean it literally took 2 minutes. Thank you Austin Hamilton for your help.”

But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.”

321 E Battlefield Rd #108, Springfield“Chris was so helpful and fixed my Wife's phone. After Cardinal computer repair wanted to recharge me for the same problem they already fixed. They only gave me a 2 month warranty and the phone started to have problems after the warranty was expired. I brought it back to the store and they wanted to recharge me full price. So I called I am Wireless and they knew the problem over the phone and had the part in stock and fixed it right away and charged me cheaper then Cardinal computer repair wanted to charge me. They are the best. Thank you Chris and I am Wireless !!! I really appreciate it.”

“I came in on June 22, around 6pm. Jared was there and helped me out tremendously. Even though he couldn’t fix my phone, Jared was patient enough to limp my old phone into transferring my files. My phone didn’t have any files backed up, and if Jared wouldn’t have done this, I could have lost all of the stuff on my phone. Jared went above and beyond, and even stayed late to get me my new phone. I am not from Springfield, so I really wanted to get this done so I could more easily get back to PA, and Jared made it happen. Thanks Jared for helping me and for being an awesome person. “I never liked going into this store. The people were just sales people with no real personality. Today however I had to go in and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Chance J was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable, big personality, helpful, patient. He helped 3 customers at the same time with such professionalism. All of us customers actually socialized while he was selling 2 of us phones and setting them up and another came in to pay her bill. Chance was outstanding and you definitely do not see employees like him anywhere. If I have to go back into the store I will call ahead to see if he is working. Crickett, you have a keeper .”

I think we all can attest to how the voice carries real concern or if one is a nuisance. They truly cared. They always asked before I ended the call if there was anything else they could do for me. That may be a requirement of the job, but one knows if one really means it. These Verizon representatives deserve as much recognition as possible for doing such a fantastic job.”
