The experience was more then professional it was like being invited to a AT&T family. She had all the right answers to all of our questions we had. She also juggled us and another customer with ease. She even juggled answering questions to other stores while helping us and another customer. Her skills go above and beyond for a regular store manager. “I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

The he helped me find the perfect phone, plan, and phone case. I have had several phones in the past and this one is the best, most suited to my personality, has everything I could need, phone. Dakota took the time to help set up the phone and have it working before I left. It was close to closing time, but he didn't mind taking the extra time to make sure it was done right and I was happy. “Friendly and knowledgeable. Had my phone back the next day, only because he had to order my screen and protector. Got there to get my phone and the back of my phone didn't get resealed. I asked about it and showed him. He said o yea it's just double sided tape. Thought he would have fixed it for me because you have to take the back off to get the screen replaced. Was about to pay for the repair and I noticed screen protector wasn't on there, asked if he got in and he did but with like 20 other screen protectors and forgot I ordered one. As I was paying he found it and put it on for me.”
