“An unexpected car issue turned our day upside down, but the amazing team at Dobb’s turned it into a positive experience. Thanks to my run-flat tires, we managed to reach the center, albeit flustered. Mike quickly assessed the situation and found that the tire needed replacement. Despite my car’s non-standard tire size, they swiftly ordered and picked up the new tires within an hour and a half.
Brandon was an absolute star throughout the entire process. He kept us updated constantly, easing our stress with his frequent check-ins and light-hearted conversations. Brandon’s dedication to ensuring our high-end car was handled with the utmost care was truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and reassured.
Although we declined the alignment check due to time constraints, we left feeling extremely grateful. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had at an auto repair shop.
