“My only complaint was the bathrooms were trashed, there was several rolls of tissue still - I know it was a crazy busy day for them being tax free weekend, but it's not too hard to send someone to just pickup the toilet paper wrappers that people throw on the floor.Service was great, lots of lovely ladies running the dressing rooms today and they kept them cleaned out and the line moving. Checkout was super fast too.”

“Love this store. Not cheap, but Reasonable prices. They always have some sale items at pretty deep discounts that are out of season. Enjoy shopping those and buying larger sizes for upcoming wear. Employees very friendly and understanding/ tolerant of children BEING children (behaving like children) in this store and always seem to be able to find needed items (especially good stock of shoes in all sizes) at reasonable prices. Don't think we've ever been there without making a purchase and leaving as very happy customers. Highly appreciate this store and it's employees, and do Reccomend.”

“I am a big fan of JcPenny's! The store is clean and has great selection for everyone in the family. I particularly shop for the grandkids here. The children's wear is good quality on the majority of items and prices are reasonable especially when they have a sale. They have very nice selection for adults as well but some of the prices are a little much in my opinion. They also have great online shopping that is simple to navigate.”
