“While searching for a zero turn lawn mower, I was told they had one in stock that I was looking for. After driving an hour and a half they did in fact have the one I was looking for however after paying for it, getting the one year service plan, Jonathan headed out to get it unlocked and loaded on my trailer only to find out that the battery was dead and after several attempts to jump it off he put in a new battery. Using starter fluid the mower would crank and go back dead. After all this I requested a refund and told Jonathan after they got it back from the warranty shop to give me a call. I got a call from Jonathan on Tuesday to let me know that he had a new mower in that was still in the crate. I drove back up on Wednesday picked up the new mower and was credited for my fuel for my wasted trip on Sunday!!!! I would like to say thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!!!!!!!!”

“My husband and I went here to walk off our lunch at Johnnies drive in in Turpelo after visiting Elvis birthplace and museum! What an incredible store this is! We have several around our hometown Kennesaw, Georgia and Hiram, but this store was immaculate and well stocked!The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable you could tell this store has great management! Stacy checked us out and was so kind! Can’t remember the other lady putting merchandise out but very happy and kind!”

“I took a jacket back for my niece that they had forgot to take security tag off. I had receipt on my phone but that wasn't good enough. Manger was very rude and so was one of the cashiers. All I wanted was for them to take it off. Wouldn't took but a minute. I was real emotional that day , had just had chemo treatment and my niece was waiting transport to Jackson with her heart. I. Know help is hard to find and they're having to hire just anybody but l wish higher management would make it policy for their employees to be co nsiderate of everyone like it used to be.”

“We are RVing across America. It was getting late and we needed a few things. We stopped in at Walmart-Tupelo. The store (as expected) was clean and organized. While checking out we made mention to our cashier that we were tired and asked if she knew of a local RV Park. She said "no". But, she said that we are more than welcome to spend the night in their parking lot. Once again we are reminded of how accommodating Walmart is.”

“I always forget about Walls Store as it is in an area of town I don't frequent but I was going to visit family and passed by so i had to stop lol. I am happy I did. They had so much nice stuff and most was priced well. I seen mostly clothing brands from Belk and Jcpenney that were 80% off ticket prices. Good options of home goods, shoes, toys, HBA, and OTC medications. They weren't too crowded either. I am going to make an effort to remember to shop here again very soon”

“Things are constantly out of stock. But, I guess that is just apart of life right now. Parking lot is always clean, bathrooms could use some work. Hard working cart "grabbers." And the little food court is good & cheap! I'm glad they finally brought the salads out, and are available. I wish they had everything that they advertised, on their video menu. Oh and they do now have sushi rolls, but they are alllllllll the way in the back, by the bread & frozen meats. They would sell more, if the were in the cooler where they put the salads. It could even possibly help the flow of the one, or maybe 2 people working the little food court counter. Because the sushi is already made, they just need to pay for it, then eat! I really do enjoy the scan & go, on the app. You don't have to touch too many things, like possibly germs.”

“Most employees are pleasant, however if doing self checkout, always check your items on sale or clearance for the correct price to ring up. If there is a mistake the CSMs working that area treat you like it is a hassle and act like it's your mistake and you are trying to steal something.”

“I am a big fan of JcPenny's! The store is clean and has great selection for everyone in the family. I particularly shop for the grandkids here. The children's wear is good quality on the majority of items and prices are reasonable especially when they have a sale. They have very nice selection for adults as well but some of the prices are a little much in my opinion. They also have great online shopping that is simple to navigate.”
