“Nice place, some of the employees have great attitudes. They have a food court, but they lack hospitality. Sometimes they're rude if you're not a regular customer. They need some corrections in that area. Some of there priced items are high but, overall they're better than Walmart. Especially with service.”
“I absolutely love this grocery store but I do have a few concerns.
The meat section has great choices but it's never fully stocked properly.
The fruit and veggies in bags almost always are bruised. Overall I love the food choices and the environment ❣️

“Friendly and helpful employees, clean store, but it's the only grocery store in Crystal Springs that I know of. I only buy what's on sale and get out, most all of their prices are way too high for me. If you don't want to drive longer distances for just a few items, this store is right for you.”
“I drive about 35 minutes to shop at my Byram MS Kroger. They're a good bunch of people, friendly. Good, fresh produce and shrimp department, a very nice selection of cheeses ... Just my favorite store.”

And the place is well lit with GREAT security. I highly recommend this place. And if you want friendly, safety, and wheelchair friendly then this is the one that's got it all.”

“I visited the drive thru Pharmacy to pick up meds that had been called in or electronically sent and they were ready and at a good price. I love using Kroger Pharmacy and store because everyone is friendly and We save money. A real bonus is you can accumulate points that you can use to lower the fuel prices there. The most I have saved at one time has been 50¢ a gallon. Recently, this last trip, we saved 40¢ a gallon on gas. You need to get a Kroger Card inside the Kroger store to use your points that you have accumulated towards your savings at the pumps. Who doesn't want and need to save money this day and time.”

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
You can cash work checks, buy flowers in the floral section.
You can even choose from completely organic non GMO foods.
They have the freshest dairy and seafood.
They have access to motor carts for handicapped and elderly.
If you have a Kroger card you can save tons of money with the weekly deals and daily specials.
They have a amazing pharmacy and beautiful staff .
Then when u gained enough Kroger points you can use them at the gas pumps to save up to $1 per gallon!!!!!
P.s.-go to the deli side and find the chicken salad with the grapes in it, it's better than your mamas and you'll thank me.”
