“Whole Foods is reliably the same everywhere. Meats and seafood seems better than other grocery stores. Produce has more selection than most others.The parking is a nightmare! Bring lots of patience during busy times. Someone really needs to put some thought into it and redesign the location of the entrance/exits and flow through the lot.”

“I guess since a lot of people shop here, this Dollar General is always either low in stock or empty with certain items. Good for the business, but bad for me Lol since it’s the closest store to my house (4 min away) & the other stores are at least 15 min away. Other than that, it’s pretty good. They have a cop stationed every night. It’s relatively clean, could be cleaner, but I normally see one person working (& she’s usually stuck at the register) so it’s not her fault :)”

I don't shop here enough I was just in the area and stopped. I gave 4 stars because there could be a little more variety of items but it is a small store. There is no bakery, very small produce section, and dairy selections. It's an in and out kind of shop, forgot something so I came here in chance I may find it.”

“This FD is compact - it's much smaller than most but it was well stocked. Some of the larger FDs are so cluttered they make maneuvering the aisles a challenge. I was in and out quickly and found everything I needed. Perhaps bc of its size, the staff was skeletal but there was no waiting time for service. That alone is commendable.”
“It's by far the best Dollar General store in the south Jackson area! Courteous helpful and friendly cashier's! Stockers are willing to help if I can't find what I'm looking for! It's def one of the only Dollar General stores in the area that has what I want or need! Stocking so you can get to what you need without going around the world & thru the other shoppers to find an opening to get to the items you want! Unlike so many other Dollar Generals in Jackson! If I need Dollar General it's def my favorite, it's where I go, without dreading the obstacle course of boxes, and carts they are stacked up on so haphazardly! No grouchy cashier or stock clerk who's only reply to a question is, umm let me check with so and so! They would know where the things I need are if they were working, not chatting or milling around trying to look busy! The clerk's and cashier's are friendly courteous and helpful, most times busy with the customer's doing their job!”

“Pretty decent place to deliver to. Usually out within two hours. Lumper prices are reasonable. They did damage some freight for my next stop though. Pulled freight that wasn’t theirs and busted it up in the process; took off skid and set half the product of one pallet on the floor. God forbid they’d own up to it. There is overnight parking for 8 or so trucks. Checkin with guard upon arrival. Around 0530, the guard will come around and tell you to head in and park again to walk into office for door assignment. Lumper is done via text.If anyone from PFG is reading this… it would operate more smoothly if the guard were providing door numbers. That would alleviate the cluster for getting in dry docks. Not a big deal; just constructive criticism.”

“This was our first time stopping here. We were hungrily passing through and stopped for a snack. We got more than what we planned, but it was well worth it! I was helped by Oscar, who was very diligent and made sure that our needs were met. I purchased some sliced meat, cheese, produce, frozen wedges, and more. I especially love that he kept his cool when some young boys came in the store being rude for no reason. Oscar has a beautiful disposition and makes me want to come back to this location regardless of the distance. Thanks for your hard work ethic. Keep up the good job!”
