“I visited the store this evening and was about to make a purchase of a iPhone pro max and was told since it was after 6pm (actually 6:06pm ) that the apps from my old phone could not be transferred to the new phone. Does it really take that long to add apps? Really

“Not a bad experience at all and quite the opposite actually. The staff takes the time to listen to you before they start trying to sell you something. Here, the staff actually wants you to have what you need rather than what they think you should have. The staff does suggest options and that is good because it shows that you have choices. If you want to finance, they do do a soft pull on your credit report, but its worth it...I have student loan debt and they got me into a Samsung A50 for 135.00 down which isn't bad at all. My experience here so far has been great and wish I had spoken with them a couple of years back before I ever got involved with Boost Mobile...”
