“Not a bad experience at all and quite the opposite actually. The staff takes the time to listen to you before they start trying to sell you something. Here, the staff actually wants you to have what you need rather than what they think you should have. The staff does suggest options and that is good because it shows that you have choices. If you want to finance, they do do a soft pull on your credit report, but its worth it...I have student loan debt and they got me into a Samsung A50 for 135.00 down which isn't bad at all. My experience here so far has been great and wish I had spoken with them a couple of years back before I ever got involved with Boost Mobile...”

Handicap access to businesses is supposed to be convenient, to not exclude those who have physical limitations. I had to climb a flight of stairs, I didn't even see an alternative access. If I wasn't expecting a complete hip replacement soon, repairing damage from an auto accident was not successful, I may not have realized how hard it is to go around the long way. ?”

“Phenomenal service all around!! I visited this store back in January 2023 and was helped by Cheston. He's a very nice guy and he answered all of my questions. I was curious about upgrading my current iPhone and he handled it like a pro.I then returned in early March 2023 and was helped by Carlos. Cheston was not there that day but no matter. Carlos helped me with all of my iPhone needs and answered even more questions. He also installed a new tempered glass screen protector and it was done within a few minutes. I highly recommend the GO-TO screen protectors as they are super easy to install. Carlos went above and beyond and I was highly satisfied.I really am very surprised at all the negative reviews. Here's the thing. You have to go in to a cell phone store prepared and ready to ask questions for whatever problems you are having. You cannot go in there and not know what you are there for. When I was there the last two times, other people were very impatient because it's like they really don't know what they are doing there to begin with. You have to be prepared. I went in to get a new iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a tempered glass screen protector and mobile phone insurance. I waited my turn, patiently, and when it was time, I asked questions about anything that was necessary.When you are prepared to do business, then you won't be there very long.
