Tammy at the front desk is the best person I've ever met in the hospitality industry, and the staff at the cafe was always so helpful. The boys loved the indoor pool.”

“all I can say is this the best hotel in Southhaven. I have not had one complained. I work graveyard shift. I could be in in the morning. It’s like sleeping at night because there’s no noise No nothing. The customer service is immaculate from day one when I got here, they accommodated me even when I felt like I was about to give up they didn’t allow me to give up and they helped me right off the back they know my name they know me, and that means a whole lot to me. Everybody here is awesome from the corporate people that I have met the owners the front desk, clerks, the management team, the housekeepers even the ground man. Everybody is so sweet. It smells like home when you walk through the door. The rooms are extremely clean they take pride of what they do here. I have no complaints here at all and I will be doing My the remainder of my stay here while I’m working here at this hotel so if you want a great pleasant, friendly home Environment like home come here and stay at candlewood”

“I stayed here from February til March 17 in 2022. Unfortunately I was scheduled for shoulder surgery that turned out a major house flood out the same week before my surgery report date. I spent most my insurance claim stay time in my room healing with friends bringing me groceries to cook. The room service on replacement towels was awesome. The young lady at the front desk at that time was super great. I wish I had spent more time enjoying my stay such as the free breakfast, exercise room or just getting to know it's actually a good place to stay. I recommend all my family and out of town friends to stay there. I told the young man that was the manager I'm coming back to work there. He laughed at the time I was healing. I still would love to it was like my second home. #214 Rooms: My room has everything I needed, stove, Frigidaire, very spacious.Nearby activities: Lowe's, Best buy, access to food places, Aldi store at the right corner, hospital ECT.Safety: When I was healing going back and forth to check on my house. I really didn't care too much for the young guys hanging around smoking weed. I didn't feel safe in and out myself if it got dark before coming back. I don't care for a lot of people hanging around it gives any business a bad look.Walkability: Yes listed aboveNoteworthy details: You definitely would get your money's worth, it's close to Stateline into Memphis,not too far from Harley Davidson?, Casinos ect. Perfect area if in town for business or just visiting.”
