I came in for oil change and asked how long would it take. The young man said an hour, after 2 1/2 hours they still haven’t even started. I asked why was it taking so long. His exact words “ after you came in we got slammed” I says why would you getting slammed after I came in effect my time
He had no answer, because it was just an excuse that he didn’t think before he gave the excuses
I’ve been doing business here for over 16 years and I understand it taking a while but they should be honest cans tell you up front.
Only bad experience I’ve had here but thought it unprofessional to handle it this way

I don't plan to ever let these guys touch my vehicle again. Due to the constant increases in prices for oil changes and other routine maintenance I decided to handle my own maintenance at a friend's shop. I could do an oil change for less than half of what the service center was charging, so I did, and wow was I surprised.
This service center had removed screws from my skid plate and didn't bother to put them all back in. It was also very evident instead of removing the skid plate, they had just been bending it to drain the oil. In 10,000 miles they had not changed the oil filter. The one I removed was unbelievably bad. It had become very twisted and wavy.
The service center admitted to not changing the oil filter and to not putting the screws back into the skid plate. There is a 1 inch gap where my skid plate wasn't flush thanks to the missing screws.
There is also a nut/washer that you are supposed to replace ever so often. The service center admitted they had a guy who didn't know to do that, so he didn't. My truck still had the original one from the factory.
Here is the thing, if you can't trust these crooks to do the above things I mentioned, do you think they even are changing the oil? Far as I know these guys could be charging you for all kinds of things and never doing them at this rate. The best part is the potatoes running this place think they're doing you a favor.
If I were Toyota I would shut this place down. I would never let them have the name of my brand/franchise running such a pathetic service center. My next truck will not come from Carlock that's for certain.

Normally I get really great service here. But for some odd reason today when I came to get my truck serviced at 11:00 AM, the young man at the service desk hesitates when I say I need to get my truck serviced then says he “GUESS” he can get to it because he’s tired. I’m sure they’re many people that’s tired when performing their jobs but it’s what you get paid to do. If by chance you don’t like your job or don’t like working with the public find something else to do.

worse experience every time.. we've decided not to ever try them again. Appointments mean nothing, argues with customers on what they want or actually need, slow. Incompetent on looking up customer account information or says the person who does that isn't available on weekends.. Oh we believe it when you say you absolutely can't find it, but when calling the main Toyota number they find it. We tried to purchase a car there a couple times but wanted to order something specific. They said we don't do that here. But other dealerships out of Al and AR, had no problem and even delivered it and with a Bow on top. But Carlock just can't. I thought if you offered cash and were willing to wait maybe you could get what you wanted. But not with Carlock Toyota in Tupelo. We were wanting to purchase more but you're not interested in that. But you almost overreached this latest time with your smart mouth remarks. We'll let it go though.

My husband and I waited 5 hours to have a simple tire rotation done to his truck. There was NO communication or updates from the service advisor unless we went to the desk to ask. Once the service advisor finally said “I’ll bring your truck around,” we continued to sit for over another hour waiting for it to be done. We then asked what was going on and he stated that the tire that had too very small holes was made into a bigger hole by the tech, and they were trying to fix the hole. Service here is so slow and there is little to no communication with our service advisor Trey. However I saw a couple other service advisors who were definitely doing a fantastic job. Will not be going back here for a long while, if ever!

DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THIS DEALER. The entire staff is bunch of scammers. They took my $500 deposit and refused to refund it to me. I placed a deposit of $500 on Aug 13th and the salesperson Maurice Dancy said that the Prius would get arrived on Aug 25th then he called saying the car is delayed. He called me on Sept 1st saying the car is here. So I asked for some pictures then he said not until I sign the contract. So I got scared because usually salesmen send pictures of cars. Anyway I contacted his boss Wade Griggs, and he refused to refund me the deposit. I reached out his manager which is a thieve named Xavier, he refused as well and hang up phone on me. I'm pretty sure there's a damage to the car that's why they refusing to send pictures. STAY AWAY.

Would of have 0 stars if I could they sent me the wrong emblem 3 times in a row. Then they told me to send all the emblems back so they could fix the problem so I did after they got it they told me they don't know what the problem is and that since I sent the emblem back in a different box that they can only partially refund me so I wasted my time energy and got back less then what I put in this place is terrible don't go

Better make sure all your parts are still on your car after a oil change. When I heard of my nieces 2022 camry missing certain parts from her vehicle I checked and I had same parts missing. From what I witnessed personally they have people changing oil and rotating tires that could careless and on their phones while working on customers vehicles. They won't change the oil or rotate anymore tires from me after I seen how some of their employees done. Some were working hard and focused and two could careless just there for a paycheck.

I drove 45 miles to get excellent service from this dealership and it was well worth the drive! Everyone was friendly and upbeat, yet very professional. They even had a hostess that offered snacks while I waited for my car to get serviced. I came one day for some minor repairs to be done, and returned the next day to get brakes and brake fluid flush. I could’ve gone elsewhere but I returned because of the top notch service I received. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced here!Billy Wiggs was amazing! Brought my truck in for service and this is honestly the worst experience I have had with getting a truck serviced. Had an appointment at 11 and took 2 hours before my truck got touched for an oil change when they weren't busy. This place is an absolute joke and I will not be back.

Everyone was very friendly and polite!They changed the oil and rotated the tires and alerted me to problems they see. Lyric P. has a great personality and very good at his job! Thanks everyone! Great teamwork!
