There is no way they have over a one-star, Toyota dealers are bad, and Carlock is the worst of the bad.

Brought my truck in for service and this is honestly the worst experience I have had with getting a truck serviced. Had an appointment at 11 and took 2 hours before my truck got touched for an oil change when they weren't busy. This place is an absolute joke and I will not be back.
