“5 stars isn't enough for the customer service I received. A HUGE thank you to the office staff and service techs. They took me in at the last minute for my sleeper (APU) AC not blowing cold. They worked for hours past closing and even had to fix some new parts that were faulty straight out of the box. They could've easily told me to come back tomorrow or could've given up and went home to their families. Instead, they persevered so I could get a cold, full night of sleep during a hot August night. I think it works better than the front cab AC now.
I hope this is the standard of service the company gives. Also, I sincerely hope the company is giving these workers the respect and compensation they deserve. Again, thank you guys so much.”
