“I was referred to Robinson Auto Garage and I’m glad I was! The staff there were very friendly (Charlie & Eddie) and provided excellent service! They were fast and the cost of the service was very affordable especially considering everything they did! They did what normal shops did as far as changing the air filter, tell me what my options were, which was an oil that provided me longer mileage, but they also checked the air in my tires! I’ve never known another shop to do that for me! They showed me my oil level so that I knew it was full and not too full. I will definitely be back! On top of all of that they did tell me that they were surprised I still had oil in my truck because the previous shop didn’t put my oil cap on all the way which is probably why I needed an oil change sooner than necessary! I can definitely appreciate them! If you’re looking for a garage that’s going to take care of you and your vehicle go see them!!”

“Travis and his team are are honest, dependable, and excellent to work with. Called a few different places for a quote on a set of 4 tires for my 2007 Dodge Dakota with mount and balance and an oil change. The last quote was over $800 for the tires with mount and balance only. Brought my truck to Rapid Oil Change and Travis quoted me $900.16 for a set of 4 tires with mount and balance, oil change, 3rd brake light swap, key fob battery swap, and rear shock replacements. These guys have earned my business and I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service.Services: Tires”

“After some real bad experiences with oil change and mechanical work. Went here and decided to stay in my vehicle while they did the oil change. They checked all fluid levels, air filters,tires. They called out everything they checked and leveled off. Also gave you recommendations for certain things needed due to milage. I would highly recommend these guys.”

“Today was my first time ever going to Valvoline in Ridgeland for an oil change. I've had so many terrible experiences with Firestone and Mavis, so I'd figured it would be worth a try and this place is a winner. The guy (Lu or Loo) who greeted me was very helpful. I enjoyed listening to the techs tell jokes and seeing them work in tandem with each other as a team. The atmosphere seems really grounded. Sidebar: I think it's super cool seeing women working in male dominated fields. Shanelle informed me that the rubber part on my passenger wiper blade was gone, which I did replace. The pricing was about the same if I had gone to the competitors and I didn't have to wait two hours. They had me out within 10-15 minutes. I will definitely be back. Everyone was so awesome. They are excellent at what they do.”

“Took my car (Audi) there that morning about 9:30-10:00 because my a/c went out. That's one of the places where my insurance told me to take it. I left it there for them to do the work. About 3:00 that evening they called me and said my car is ready. It's been blowing snowballs every since. Thx u Auto One we will be doing business again.”
