Being tied up at work all the time and dealing with other everyday issues leaves no time for me to complete these tasks so I reached out to Auto One. “Very friendly and provides great service! I needed help with my coolant system and not only was the mechanic accommodating during a time like the pandemic, but he was also very helpful! It’s hard to find auto services with honest mechanics (especially as a female driver of an older vehicle) but he was very considerate right from the start! He explained to me what the problem was and gave very clear instructions for what to look out for especially if the temperature gauge gets hot. He suspected a leak but couldn’t find one despite inspecting it thoroughly. He did supply me with a gallon of water to keep handy in case the coolant runs low and I need something to keep the engine from overheating, which was very nice of him! I had to buy a gallon of coolant from a store that supplies it but he helped with putting it in the tank after he finished draining out the old coolant and running water through to test for leaks. On top of that, he didn’t even charge me anything for today. I offered to pay him for his time and for looking over it but he declined. Either way, I’ll definitely be back for any needs I have with my vehicle in the future! I appreciated the help I received and I would love to support the business!”

“After some real bad experiences with oil change and mechanical work. Went here and decided to stay in my vehicle while they did the oil change. They checked all fluid levels, air filters,tires. They called out everything they checked and leveled off. Also gave you recommendations for certain things needed due to milage. I would highly recommend these guys.”

“I was changing my own oil and found that the bolt was completely stripped and I need some professional help to get it off. I had all the parts I needed but just needed someone to get the bolt off. I initially took the car to the place across the street, and they told me I would have to leave my car there for 2 days and it would cost over $200!! Took it to this Valvoline and it was 20 bucks and a 5 minute wait! Honestly the best service I’ve had at any car shop, shout out to KP for being an absolute champ ?”
