“If I could give 50 stars I would! Thanksgiving week - I was pulling a 30ft camper to the Gulf coast when my transmission went sideways. I limped it in to Coleman Taylor in Jackson, MS and met with Flynt. He explained it would take several days to get me back up and running, and he offered several ways to help me out, including towing my camper to a campsite. It wasn’t needed, but appreciated. While I was sorting all of this out, his manager Tony decided he could get me going by the next day! So I left it with them, and I was indeed back on the road by noon the next day!! I expected this ordeal to be a disaster, but Flynt and Tony went above and beyond to help me out. I completely trust these guys and highly recommend this shop for your transmission needs! 5 stars times 100 !!!”

He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole experience and even got me financed!”

“Very friendly and provides great service! I needed help with my coolant system and not only was the mechanic accommodating during a time like the pandemic, but he was also very helpful! It’s hard to find auto services with honest mechanics (especially as a female driver of an older vehicle) but he was very considerate right from the start! He explained to me what the problem was and gave very clear instructions for what to look out for especially if the temperature gauge gets hot. He suspected a leak but couldn’t find one despite inspecting it thoroughly. He did supply me with a gallon of water to keep handy in case the coolant runs low and I need something to keep the engine from overheating, which was very nice of him! I had to buy a gallon of coolant from a store that supplies it but he helped with putting it in the tank after he finished draining out the old coolant and running water through to test for leaks. On top of that, he didn’t even charge me anything for today. I offered to pay him for his time and for looking over it but he declined. Either way, I’ll definitely be back for any needs I have with my vehicle in the future! I appreciated the help I received and I would love to support the business!”

“we had a truck down because of DPF problem. Truck was derated and we found this guys as a closest shop that can check the issue and more important faster than anyone else in the area. I was dealing with Mr. Jim over the phone and he was updating me for everything so I could update the broker ( we end it up late for delivery so we needed to keep them inform as well )They baked the fitters and they put them back and I was out of there in 24 hours.Honest guys!!! Will use them again for any type of service!!!”
