“Definitely the best one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. They have almost fully rebuilt my 2013 F150. They never got annoyed by my constant phone calls or questions and I had a ton. Even as the customer they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what needed to be repaired and why. They even showed me what was wrong without me having to ask. I have stopped by randomly so many times with issues and they always politely get me in and service my vehicle. Even when all the racks were full they would still pull my truck around and run diagnostics on it. As a female I greatly appreciate the added effort to keep me informed, included, and safe on the roads. Thank yall for always handling my inconveniences with understanding, grace, and respect!!”

“So i bought some lifters off line for my 03 ram 4.7 and now there is a single ticking on driver side. So i came here to get 8 more made by Melling and at a great price $9.99 + this cheap fastener removal tool that will work great at poping the rocker arms off. I used a couple flat bars last time. Also the customer service at this location is great. So checked them out for ur next mechanically project. Ill update to 5 stars if theses eliminate the ticking.”

“I had trouble with my AC in the hottest part of the summer while headed to west texas for work and stay took my truck in immediately. The staff was very friendly, I have my dog with me and they gave her food, water and treats. I was back in the road quicker smd cheaper than expected. 5 stars isn't enough, they deserve more.”

“I had a less than stellar experience at my local AutoZone, supposedly the one that earns the most around here, so I was kinda worried about what my experience was going to be the other day when I went into exchange a battery (and fortunately I opted to go to Pearl to see if they could assist me better, instead of just giving up after my local AutoZone, with zero attempt to help, and some huffiness.) Fortunately, when we walked in we got the Store Manager Dwayne. One of the easiest and quickest experiences I have had in AutoZone. From now on I will absolutely bypass my local AutoZone, and go to Pearl to have my auto needs handled. Thanks Dwayne! You impacted me more than you will ever know!!”
“My car has been displaying a maintenance required message. I went to O’Reillys in Pearl first. A older woman assisted me. The customer service was not up to par to say the least. She was extremely belittling and rude. She ran the diagnostic and suggested I get an oil change. I am not due for an oil change and believe it is something else, but was dismissed. My last experience there, a few months ago, was similar. My fuse for my horn was blown and I went to OReillys. She looked at the fuse, passed it to a coworker, and they laughed. Just the general atmosphere was not professional. In turn, I took my business to Advanced Auto. Mr. Aguilar took excellent care of me! He assisted me in resetting my light and checked out my car in regards to my other concerns. He is an exceptional employee, very attentive, and kind. The difference between the two places is astronomic. If you prefer to be treated like a human being while giving your time and money into your vehicle, I highly recommend Advanced Auto.”

“Driving I-20 west at Pearl, MS and wheel bearing on TT burnt up and blew off hub cap. Of course it was at the end of the day when every business is closing for the night. Good Sam was no help whatsoever, so we were left to our own devices.
Our stars were aligned because we found Alpha Specialties - they don’t advertise for travel trailers but they are trailer specialists. Let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing!! Not only were they welcoming and friendly, but true professionals. They had us back on the road in less than two hours and for an extremely fair price! They were true life savers for us and I would very proudly recommend them to anyone else!”
