“The car wasn't available when i arrived for my appointment. But they were courteous and apologetic and called when the car was ready. The first car had a battery warning light on so they immediately brought out another one. I had a Malibu with about 21,000 miles. It was clean and well maintained.”

“I decided to use Enterprise again, as I usually rent from the airport, because of the hours open.
I reserved a full size, but when I arrived they only had a smaller car; which is understandable being after the July 4th Holiday.
Ty was my agent. He is very Nice, courteous & and knowledgeable.
He took the time to help me with getting my GPS on the car screen, explained everything about the car. .
Great Customer service is hard to find these days, I actually enjoyed the rental experience this time with Ty.
I will use Enterprise again, this location.”
