“I scheduled a rental through AVIS for a weekend trip and the price was very reasonable. My purchasing agent was Tyrone and he was very proficient, expeditious, and had a great personality. He explained all of the specifics of the rental contract and made sure that I was well versed with the payment procedure, i.e. debit card hold and credit check for using a debit card versus a credit card. I was placed in a newer style Mazda CX5 and I enjoyed the rental thoroughly. The trip went great and when I returned the vehicle Tyrone was again on duty. He made me feel welcome and thanked me for doing business with Avis. I was in and out very quickly and he was on to servicing his next customer. I will definitely rent from Avis again thanks in part to Tyrone and his great customer service. Great experience to say the least.”

“I give four stars due to the customer service being excellent but the vehicle I picked up smelled disgusting. It smelt like someone smoked a stale cigar mixed with must. I’m only pointing this out due to the fact enterprise guarantees that they clean and sanitize each and every vehicle before you drive away! I also remember car rental companies used to have the gas tank full for you at pickup. Not anymore my vehicle was almost completely empty but no worries I returned it the same way.”
