“All in all a good experience no issues, was here just 1 night was going to stay longer but couldn't.
Fun and games or trying to get laundry done I was able to get done some Saturday then finish Sunday morning, unfortunate issue is people leave there stuff in the machines. There's 3 floors off rooms so that's a lot of people here you have 2 machines for everyone, I've been to some candle wood where they have machines on every floor that's nice when that happens.
Room itself was comfortable everything worked.
Will look forward to coming back another time.”

“The park at new castle is the best place to be.I don’t have no problems the staff is very helpful and when I need Chrissy and Christian,they are always available and will come to assist they go above and beyond for their residents and I can’t thank them enough I really appreciate you guys thanks for always being there ?????????”

“Shelia Henderson is the property manager and she is absolutely incredible. Even though I decided last minute not to move here, I still wanted to give this place 5 stars for location, pricing, and such a wonderful management team.
The only reason I decided not to move here was I found a location downtown that was closer to work and other spots that I frequently visit. I would recommend Poplar Pines to anyone looking for a place to live. I toured one of the rooms and it was very spacious and updated with new appliances. Overall 5 star experience and if something else had not become available last minute this is the place I would want to be living.”

“I just moved in on October 18, 2021. l really thought I found a good place to live. It's nice and quiet, everybody's friendly. It a safe place. I have rain damage every time in rains. I had a wet vac to dry out my carpet 3 times. As a matter of fact, I have a wet vac now from a rain a few days ago. It rained pretty hard last night and now I am to need more wet vacs. Everytime I have to move furniture for about 2-4 days. They know they have a problem. My neighbor says it's been a problem since February. Stephen is not very honest. I really this place all except for Stephen Timberlake”
“I have lived over here for years and then I moved and came back. I never had a problem with the Staff and everything I needed done to my apartment it was done. But the first and Only problem I have experienced is that, they towed my car because they said I was over the yellow line. If it’s very dark out here it’s very hard to see the line and also I was parked across with the whole big opening lot is so it’s soooo much space out here. I feel it was wrong and the people that towed the car are targeting people “working people”. But other than that I’m ok. Pay your RENT like you suppose too and you won’t have no problemYou have til the 5th of the Month”

“The office staff is awesome. They are always attending to the needs of the tenants. I'm sorry about the previous stars. Didn't know how to change it but I figured it out. There are a lot of services that I love that we have now like valet trash service. It was a very great needed thing. Text Alerts and community events. Keep up the great work.”
