“Had a comfortable one night stay. Convenient location. Front desk staff was friendly and followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory after check in (it was). Room was a bit outdated but clean other than a small stain on the duvet. Bathroom was very clean. Ice maker in the freezer did not work well but that was the only problem we encountered.”
“Staff and residents are amazing!!!! Lost my wallet in the parking lot. Wallet was given to office, staff made multiple attempts to track me down to return my belongings. Friendly, nice, welcoming, and lively staff. Forever grateful to the staff and residents of Legacy Farm!! Thank you to the individual who found my wallet!”
“Everyone in the office has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. There were some pretty glaring maintenance issues when I first moved in (living room light not working, kitchen sink cold side leaking profusely underneath, and the front door not closing unless the deadbolt was locked), but maintenance got all these issues resolved within my first week of moving in. There are still some significant cosmetic issues that are very prevalent throughout the apartment, and the apartment was not cleaned well before I moved in, so I can't give 5 stars in good conscience since they do advertise as "luxury apartments". Those things aside, I am pleased with my apartment and thankful for everyone I have interacted with who works here. The complex itself also seems to be generally pretty quiet at all times of the day and night which is nice! A friend of mine used to live in this complex about 3.5 years ago, well before the management was switched, and I have to say that it is a marked improvement from the state that it was in previously lol.”
“The atmosphere is great. The leasing staff is amazing and genuinely care for the well-being of the residents. The management staff (Amanda and Kelsey) are absolutely phenomenal. 10 out of 10, I would recommend.”
“Shelia Henderson is the property manager and she is absolutely incredible. Even though I decided last minute not to move here, I still wanted to give this place 5 stars for location, pricing, and such a wonderful management team.The only reason I decided not to move here was I found a location downtown that was closer to work and other spots that I frequently visit. I would recommend Poplar Pines to anyone looking for a place to live. I toured one of the rooms and it was very spacious and updated with new appliances. Overall 5 star experience and if something else had not become available last minute this is the place I would want to be living.”

“I just moved in on October 18, 2021. l really thought I found a good place to live. It's nice and quiet, everybody's friendly. It a safe place. I have rain damage every time in rains. I had a wet vac to dry out my carpet 3 times. As a matter of fact, I have a wet vac now from a rain a few days ago. It rained pretty hard last night and now I am to need more wet vacs. Everytime I have to move furniture for about 2-4 days. They know they have a problem. My neighbor says it's been a problem since February. Stephen is not very honest. I really this place all except for Stephen Timberlake”
“I have lived over here for years and then I moved and came back. I never had a problem with the Staff and everything I needed done to my apartment it was done. But the first and Only problem I have experienced is that, they towed my car because they said I was over the yellow line. If it’s very dark out here it’s very hard to see the line and also I was parked across with the whole big opening lot is so it’s soooo much space out here. I feel it was wrong and the people that towed the car are targeting people “working people”. But other than that I’m ok. Pay your RENT like you suppose too and you won’t have no problemYou have til the 5th of the Month”

“I put in my maintenance requests ( tub and light fixture), @ 5:30 the morning of August 14, 2024. Before 11:00 that same day, Ken from maintenance was there to fix my issues and done with my requests. He had very positive vibes when he arrived. He did his job and moved around to the next person. Keep up the good work Ken.”
