They charged me to reuse a flat rate box as if I bought it new. I brought it inside with me. I told the clerk I was running a box and she seems not to have listened.

No polite customer service, smiles and tone of their delivery when talking is too hard. I hate to go to this post office, but it’s the closest to my home.
