“Great job to everyone there! My package arrived there this morning and has already been delivered. Especially during the busiest time of year for you, you all helped to make Christmas complete. Thank you!”

“Shipping from this post office has always been a great experience. The gentleman who works the counter is knowledgeable on how to best ship your packages at the lowest cost for you. Once, when my now husband was deployed for nine months, I tried sending him a package that would have cost a lot to have shipped and this gentleman helped me by picking out a priority box where I wouldn't be paying an arm and leg. He may have viewed it as just doing his job but that made a world of difference for me during a hard time.”

“I am going to post this review on both the Ocean Springs and D’Iberville Post Offices sites. Our home is pretty much the same distance from either post office, so we have used them both about equal in the past; no longer. I’ll go to Ocean Springs PO in a pinch or to drop off a letter, but given my choice, I now much prefer the D’Iberville PO.At the D’Iberville PO, you usually get a smile; you always have their full attention, and they give you thorough, complete information and suggestions on how to save on shipping. They look you in the eye when talking to you, and they treat you like a person, like a customer. More often than not, I leave there smiling. At Ocean Springs, the best I can describe it is that it is like dealing with a KIOSK machine. There is no human interaction, no helpful suggestions; you only get information if you know exactly what to ask; you are just as likely to get a shrug or a blank stare.Polite human interaction is not difficult; making another person, a customer, feel OK is not tough. Having worked in customer service for over 40 years, I know something about it, and it is not difficult to send your customer away feeling good about the experience. Now, Post Masters, when you start to blame your employees, stop and look in the mirror, for that is where the blame, or credit, begins!”

“Most of my experiences here have been wonderful, cheerful and timely. All my negative experiences have involved Sonovia.I've been chewed out, misinformed and talked down to by this employee. I actively try to avoid working with her to the point of leaving and coming back later whenever that's an option.Everyone else has been great! The lobby is usually clean and tidy. Mailing supplies are generally well stocked. Good selection of greeting cards, stamps, etc. They even maintain the grounds well.I do wish the palmetto bush by the Jim Money entrance was trimmed back as it blocks most of the view when trying to exit.”

“My man Carl was an angel sent down from heaven. He took us without an appointment for passport renewal and he held our hand through the whole thing. 10/10 recommend. Ask for Carl.”

“I called about a package that was delivered to the wrong address per my sellers information. I spoke with Micky. She not only got ahold of my carrier but made sure the address was fixed and my package was delivered the next day. Friendly, efficient and she cared. Thank you for the great customer service, I certainly appreciate you and the Vancleave office. My carrier is fantastic too! I don't know her name but she's accurate and timely, and obviously cares.”
