“Leaving from District Coffee, I noticed my car felt lopsided and lower than it should be. It had been low on air when I arrived, but now too bad. Within a block, I started to google nearby tire shops to check my pressure. The men there noticed a large rusty piece of metal in my tired, and were able to quickly patch it up for $15! This was last month – I've driven to and from New Orleans a few times since, and all is well! ??”
“I am from out of town and while visiting someone sideswiped me. All damage looked superficial to me but I wanted to confirm by someone more experienced than myself. I called a number of places but none could get me in for at least a week. I called Fast Eddie's and they told me to bring it in right away and someone would look at it. They saw me within 5 min and within 15 min I was on my way! NO CHARGE! They offered to look at my fluids (no charge) and anything else I wanted done. Everyone there was professional, joyful and really helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

“I was driving from New Orleans to Boston and 90 minutes in to the drive my car stopped running. It was early on a Sunday and I was towed to Goodyear as it was the only shop open. The staff there made a VERY stressful situation much better for me!! They diagnosed the problem but, since it ultimately couldn't be fixed there, they waived the diagnostic fee. In addition, they offered me food (I was there for hours), offered me rides as needed, and just generally went above and beyond trying to help me in the situation. Thien Nguyen was especially comforting and patient! I would recommend the staff to anyone, especially if you're in a pinch.”

“This actually was a very good experience. It is extremely busy and not just because it is the day before Thanksgiving. They often have a line. I got there at 6:40 and I already had 3 ppl lined up behind me by the time we got to 7am when they opened. I very much appreciate the team for listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Thank you kindly for taking that time. It turned out I ended up having THREE flat tires. It took about 3 hrs to get this fixed because, originally, I didn't know if they could be repaired or needed to be replaced. So, the team took the time to inspect each one. I got antsy by hr 3, but absolutely not the team's fault. I appreciate the time you took to work on my car today! I wish I remembered the names of the team members who worked on my car so I could recognize them. They were wonderful. I will continue to come back to OS walmart for my tire needs.Also, GET ? THE ? WARRANTY ? FOR ? YOUR ? TIRES! It is worth it. I would have been charged a lot more today if they were not under warranty. I totally forgot I had that! Past me was looking out for future me.”
