“Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”

We finished our vacation hoping we could make it home to Oklahoma and the Vette broke down about 19 miles outside of West Memphis, Arkansas. We were recommended to go to Coleman Taylor Transmission in Southaven, Mississippi so that's where we went. They got my Vette in the shop in a timely fashion and it drives like a new car again!
