“There is not a high enough rating for Alex! He is supreme in customer service! Too many people offer half-a$$ service but Alex refreshingly is quite knowledgable in all things cell phone and electronic. He actually GOES way-and-above to make sure it is done right, you are more than satisfied and will be a return customer. On occasion when he happened to have a day off, the person who was working was quick to say what I asked was unable to be done and quickly finished with me. The next day I called Alex to confirm it could not be fixed; he immediately fixed it over the phone!! Cricket has great deals and I am very happy I left Verizon, but Alex is the BEST thing about switching to Cricket. If he ever leaves Cricket, I may have to leave too! I wish there were more Alexes in the world; it would be a better & kinder place!!”

“We were looking for internet and tv service with dvr capability to replace our current provider as they were hard to deal with, they did not deliver the advertised internet speed and were grossly overpriced. Lisa the AT&T representative addressed all of our needs and solved every issue we were having with our old provider. I can not say enough how awesome Lisa was in helping us and now we are looking forward to our new internet/tv/dvr setup with AT&T.”
