They took their time and explained the various features on my new phone! It's hard to find people who offer great customer service; you are able to tell that they truly enjoy and value the work in which they do!!! I observed each agent present on that day working diligently and focused on the customer they were dealing with by communicating and taking care of their needs. The store was clean and inviting.
