Kelly at the Verizon store in turtle Creek mall was super helpful in getting my phone back operating. She diagnosed the problem and replaced the Sim card and she didn't charge a dime. We need more people likeKelly at Verizon.

Johnathan and the other staff members were very helpful and made my experience smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to help me get a new phone, despite having issues with an online application. I am satisfied with my new phone and look forward to future service with Verizon. I would definitely recommend this location.

The representative that helped us was very knowledgeable of Verizon policies, equipment and experience. Best customer service I have EVER received with Verizon. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a nice raise.
