“We went to Cowboy’s yesterday because our washer had gone out. We have bought the last 5 appliances since 2010 from them. Love the hometown feeling and assistance we get when buying for our home. Lori did an excellent job and we were able to go in, look at washer and dryer sets, get the info we needed, make a purchase, and set up delivery! What an easy and pleasant process! “I just did my first curbside pickup order and all I can say is WOW! I had just had a pickup order at Walmart earlier in the day and had to wait for over 30 minutes to get my order. There were some items that they didn’t have in stock so I did a curbside order with Target and was in and out of the parking lot in a minute! Will definitely use the service again.”

Hattiesburg, MS 39402 Yesterday I was going to drive to Gulfport to pay a relative's bill because customer service at this location has through the years has been so horrible. But, for some reason, decided to stop by this store before going to the store in Gulfport. To my amazement, I met Brittney and Mya. They were truly breaths of fresh air compared to the past. Not only where help in assisting me in finding the relative's number for I didn't have my glasses, but I also purchased a Samsung tablet and added metro pcs internet. Brittney and Mya, THANKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE AND KINDNESS. YOU BOTH ARE VERY WELCOMED ASSETS to the metro pcs store listed above. Hopefully the owners recognize who they have in you BOTH.
