“I've been with Navy Federal for quite some time and fortunately, I've always been satisfied with them. I was very happy to have Navy Federal after Katrina, since the headquarters was not located locally like Keesler! I was not aware of their mortgage practices and I'm very happy to see that this is being addressed in whatever manner! I convinced my parents to move their account from Hancock Bank to Navy Federal and they never regretted it! I do wish they had a branch or drive up in downtown Gulfport.”
