“I opened an account for my startup there recently. Both Natesha and Amy were very prompt, friendly, and helpful. Really made me feel like my new business was going to be an asset to the community. So much easier to deal with than Iberia or a digital bank like Novo which I just ditched.”

“We chose this bank for our business and are very happy. All of the employees at this bank are amazing, but none more so than Joanne, Mary and Travis. They have went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued customer. If you have a business in Biloxi, it would behoove you to go see Joanne to get an account opened as soon as you can. I can't speak highly enough of these wonderful employees who make banking here such an enjoyable task.”

“I just had an incredible experience. I saw this big sign that said 'Post Office'. I just moved to the area so I pulled in only to see a sign in the window that said 'This is not a Post Office'. I thought that was greatly amusing so I pulled out my phone to take a picture of both signs together. Immediately a woman came around the corner with a terrified look on her face and said with a terrified voice, "What are you doing?!" Before I could answer another woman came up right behind her, also with a terrified look on her face. They both stood there staring, terrified. I explained how I thought the signs were humorous and would like to send a photo to a friend. I wanted to ask why they were so terrified but thought it prudent not to. She said that it wasn't a Post Office, it was a credit union. I told her, yea, but the sign says Post Office. It seemed to infuriate both of them. They both turned to walk away when the first lady turned, pointed her finger at me and growled to not take any more pictures. I said it might interest her to know that I had a one hundred percent disabled veteran license plate. "Thank you for your service", said the lady robot. I said, yea, I can tell how thankful you are. I left without taking a picture. As I drove away I thought about the trillions of dollars George Bush, the worlds number one wanted terrorist who can't and doesn't go outside the U.S. without being arrested for war crimes, spent on the 'War on Terror'. It seems like so many Americans are so full of terror they can't see that they are full of terror. And then suddenly I realized what had happened. They thought I was a postal employee! I'm giving the twins 5 stars and an Oscar for best sound editing. It was reeeeeeeally scary!!!!”

“When are we going to start working back at the bank and stop working from home as a shareholder I think the reflection in the downturn of the value of the shares it's starting to reflect that perhaps the construction department is not pulling their weight and other departments seem not to be pulling their weight and other people are hunt at home are slacking off and not doing their job and other people are doing a very highly concerted job and effort of carrying the workload for people who are not so I applaud the Hancock Whitney bank for how it handled the situation for the fast couple of years but the working from home situation should come to an end to the battlement of the shareholders and the value of the stock”

“This almost was the worst banking experience of my life until I met the most wonderful multi-tasker Teller Abby Virgil. She was not only fast but courteous and helpful. If it wasn’t for her assistance I would have canceled my account immediately because the other workers who I guess are supervisors since they work in an office were not helpful at all. They didn’t address me once and basically pushed me off on her when it was definitely something they could have assisted me with. Not to mention I had to drive over an 1hr and 30 minutes to get here. If you have to go into the Biloxi Branchbon Porter Ave. make sure you deal with Abby. She is great!!!!!”

“I have been with WF for about 11 years now. Most of my experiences have been good. The only (reaccuring) issues I've faced is that the WF ATMs keeping denying my Apple Pay. The employees are great. I do miss the employees we had at Howard Ave in Blx, but Lorene, Taira, Brittany and Daniel are very good too. I appreciate how they treat me when I do business with them. Please fix the ATMs and reward these employees.”

Thank you Keesler for giving us Wendy and please...please...please always remember I am a share holder and Mrs. Perkett made sure I felt that way. Compassion will always lead us to a resolution.”

“I come here every month to pay my mortgage note. I always use the drive through teller. The lanes are narrow, I would recommend folding your mirrors in if you can before you enter. My F250 truck just barely fits. The lady's that work in the drive up are very friendly and always greet you nicely over the remote speaker. Service is usually fast as well.”
