Rude customer service. Also don't have signs indicating that they have partnered with Dollar. I had also left a phone holder in the vehicle. Less than an hour later they wouldn't let me retrieve it

Customer service was great and Natalie was super helpful! I had my car keys before my bags even got to the baggage claim!

I have several trips a year to Gulfport MS for work. Every time I book a rental, they have no cars when I get there. Last trip7/19/2023 had to wait over 30 minutes for a car to show up. They know it's an issue but do nothing about it. BUY SOME MORE CARS FOR RENT!!!!!! For Pete sake!!!!

WARNING! Straight out of management’s mouth on-sight: this location “overbooks”. A reservation and confirmation number means nothing. The online process will not say anything about this. You will show up to the counter and there will not be a car. You will be told by the shill at the counter that there is no car. “The reservation only confirms the rate, not the pickup date or car availability”.Update (4 July 23): Hertz has responded to this review (below). When I get time I will send them a message as they requested, and I will make the result public right here. The poor reviews at this location go back too far which shows these types of responses to reviews from the company are not effective. Possibly more patronizing than anything.

I have used Hertz many times and I always had a good experience. The location at the Gulfport airport however was not so. The customer service agent was awful - she was rude and acted as if she was being bothered because she had to do her job. We arrived at the airport a half hour early - the miserable agent didn't bother to tell us they were adding an hour to the rental, thus changing the price from $75.12 to $135.34. Fortunately I read the fine print. A normal employee would have simply adjusted the times, but this one had no intention of providing any customer service. Such a shame when your staff ruins an entire customer experience.

Reservation does not guarantee a car only the price. I am being told by the robot for a CSR to be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes for a rental car. I should have used Turo!! So I am paying for a rate on an SUV that I am renting for three weeks and I have to wait because Hertz GPT is unprepared. I can understand if you rent for a couple of days, but I am renting long term. Doesn't make sense for someone who is spending more money. I suggest using another rental car company. This is a bait and switch tactic and a bad customer service experience.

I declined their insurance but was told to sign for my car then ran credit card. I even tried to give them print of itenarary and they w I uldt look at it. Since I signed for the car I was charged extra $190 for insurance I declined was hung up on

Poor customer service spent a hour trying to get ahold of someone when I did they were rude and weren’t helpful this is not how business should be handle and as a contractor I will not recommend hertz!

very disappointe! when I made the reservation they did not disclose that I was supposed to have a return flight in order to pick up the rented car. I was left stranded because they refused to give me the car when I got to the airport counter solely because I did not have a return flight (IT WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME THAT I HAD TO DO SO WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION ONLINE). I DONT RECOMMEND!

Brought car back full and they charged for gas. Called and they refunded but I wonder how many got ripped off or their employers got ripped off.
