“Budget rental in Biloxi, MS...... good service upon arrival and pickup, ALOT to be desired when dropping off. No instructions what to do with key, three days after drop off still no receipt of drop off. System shows the reservation is still outstanding though you're unable to get an e-receipt for liquidating travel claims. How hard is it to provide a receipt? Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise don't seem to have a problem doing it immediately upon drop off or at least same day. Guess that's why its call budget...... they budget on when and how fast the customer can close out the travel voucher!!! Unreal!!”
“I have been in customer service for over two decades! When I tell you, Gabrielle Marson, is THE BEST sales rep I've EVER EVER EVER HAD, SHE IS THE BEST!!! I felt awful (I have crohns disease). Not only did she expedite us, bc I wasn't feeling well, she also was super friendly! I actually, forgot I was even sick! ? She helped us with directions and had the perfect amount of small talk! “Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. It stank so bad from the smoke trapped in the fibers it would choke me upon opening the door, the check engine light kept coming off and on and three of the wheels were overinflated by 13 psi while the other one was 2 psi under...It wasn't terrible, but it sure wasn't great. Not sure if this was a bad example or if I should never buy a Hyundai.”
