“This dealership is about 40 minutes from my house, so we were reluctant to make the drive unless we were SURE the car was in our price range. We were told multiple times via text message that the OUT THE DOOR price would be $18k. No extra fees. No financing charges. My wife took off work and drove down to purchase the vehicle. Then the financing department tried to add an additional $3k, making the out the door price $21k. They would not honor the price we had been given, even though we had text messages clearly showing $18k out the door. No financing charges. No extra fees. What a waste of time. Very unethical. Will be reporting to BBB.
Update: The GM of the dealership called within 24 hours to straighten things out. They honored the agreed upon price and we went back today to purchase the vehicle. The salesman was very apologetic and the finance guy today was friendly and fast. Kudos to them for making it right.”

“Awesome people to deal with. Broke down on my way from Florida home to Texas. They were able to fix the yoke on my driveshaft that broke. Replace my u-joints, carrier bearings and get me back on the road quickly. I've had several driveshafts built for 4x4s and these guys really know their stuff, if I lived closer I would use them for any of my driveshaft or gear needs. Very nice people to deal with and if you treat them right they will really take good care of you! Thanks again for getting the family and I back on the road and home safely!”

“My vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told of 3 recalls that needed to be performed. One caused a glitch in my radio/nav system. My vehicle ended up having to be left for several days and a new system installed. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure my vehicle was repaired properly. I cannot say enough good things about the tech, Jimmy Pittman. He has been there for several years and has always handled any problem that I may have. He is the reason I purchased another Dodge Durango after putting 240k on my 14 Durango which I still own.”

“I appreciate the kind, courteous service provided by ALL the staff with whom I made contact having come over 45 miles to get service for my tires, brakes and air conditioning system! I mostly appreciate how the Gateway Tire personnel were open and honest about what service my vehicle actually needs unsteady of trying to “con” or “gyp” me to pay for something that it doesn’t need! I will continue to use Gateway Tire company as I have done from over 20 years ago! I’m just sad that the local site in my community no longer exists!”
