“Got the info needed at front desk from polite and knowledgeable person. Used the drop box a few nights later. Received the call it was ready to go and additional info on issue as well as total. “In this day and age, shopping online rarely requires human contact. However, when it is necessary, 8 out of 10 times, the experience isn't very pleasant. This is definitely a 2, out of the 10. The online site for NAPA is very restrictive in attempting to match up your vehicle with the parts, and confirm correct fitment. The site was definitely frustrating, and I would only recommend it for the online discount codes. Calling the store was unavoidable. Surprisingly, I called three times and got the same individual each time. I can say that Mr. Cody K. was exceptional in every way. Confirming fitment, part numbers, availability, and more. The patience he has, along with his positive attitude is commendable in it's own right. Upon product pick-up, the staff were very courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. The store was immaculate in its' cleanliness. This experience definitely leads me to want further transactions with NAPA in the future. 9 out of 10 experience. Sadly, the -1 is for the poor online experience. I hope they can work on that in the future. Keep up the great work.”
“2024 brand new GLE was in the shop before my first payment was due. This is the 5th week since i bought it, i just ran into another issue. Everyone in the dealership has been super nice to me. But, its up to the big dog to decide my fate with this $80k purchase. Disappointment is definitely an understatement.
Update: mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi went above and beyond. They have not only taken care of that GLE hassle free, but have gotten me in this beautiful upgraded GLE 53. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome and greatly appreciate all the hard work from this entire dealership.”

“Flat tire repaired. They got me in and out very quickly and the repair is not leaking. They did say that they would re-mount my spare tire underneath my car, but did not do that.”
