“I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about on here, this was a great rental service. First off it's inside the Beau Rivage Hotel & casino. Which was great for our charter trip. We were bussed from the airport to the Beau and luggage was sent to the room. We didn't arrive until about 8pm so we waited to get the car until the next day.Located on the lower floor, just down the escalator inside the main entrance or B from the elevator.The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful in suggesting local lunch - dinner places to check out. He was quick to get our reservation pulled up and didn't push extra insurance as many do.There were quite a few vehicles to choose from, we had already chosen a mid size SUV when I booked a few days earlier and several were available.When bringing the vehicle back after 4:00 p.m. you have to park it on the third floor and use the key drop box. Prior to 4pm you just park it right in the bus lane.Much easier than the airport.”
“Tyler was very helpful and made the process super quick! He never once pushed us and was very personable and made sure to help get us a great deal! Will in finance got us the best rates and fought to make sure we got the deal we wanted! Would recommend that duo to anyone!”

“Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. I'm highly impressed with J Allen and will continue to drive an hour from now on!!”

“If you need handicap equipment, Team Adaptive is the best place to go! They go out of their way to give you the service you need. I love the whole team I’ve been with them now since 1993. At one time I had a shadow dance scooter, team Adaptive had replaced every part that they could in Scooter. The scooter was only less than a year old and Stephanie called the company and explained what was going on, and she got me a brand new scooter. If you want to company that represents you not the manufacturer this is the place to go. I get all my equipment through Team Adaptive!”
