Back at 4? It's 9:50 in the morning and we have a reservation for a U-Haul at 10. No one here. You opened at 9 am. How bizarre. Anyone doing a military move should probably go elsewhere.

U-haul reservation for 9 at which is the time the store supposedly opens, now 9:30 and still no one here. A regular who is also here waiting to get in says the person who opens just shows up when they feel like it. Not a place I recommend at all if your dealing with a time sensitive moving day.
