“Little mom and pop liquor store. Mid to low priced items. Good for a quick pint. Not really geared for any high end bottles. Small selection of wines, mostly mid range items. Like most liquor stores they can order anything, but they modified their selection based on the demographics of the neighborhood. If you from the hood your good, if you from the burbs go back to the burbs, you won't like the wine selection here.”

“I go here from time to time. When I went in today it looked like they got robbed, so many bare shelves. He said no they're just not getting deliveries the way they should between COVID and Zeta it's hard for them to get stock. I did find what I was looking for so glad about that.”

“One of my coworkers told me that this place on Friday nights does j*** chicken island style and it's very authentic. One Friday I was in the area and decided to give it a try. I've had j*** chicken from several places and I must say this does bring back the great memories of my childhood. I keep going back every Friday and made it a tradition that no matter what, at 7pm I'm heading to that spot... I've brought along some friends that are chefs and they've told me that this is some very good chicken. Well enough said, if you're looking for something to do on a Friday, don't hesitate to stop by A&J minimart and have some j*** chicken and you can by beer inside and enjoy it by the grill... very laid back and great people... Also don't go too late because they will run out of chicken lol -big drip”
