“I had a great experience here. I stopped by earlier in the week because my old phone was acting up. I was recommended to get a new phone (my old one isn't even made anymore). I researched phones and went back to the store later that week. Tree was my representative both times and was terrific. She transferred all my stuff from my old phone to my new one for me, assembled the new phone with the protective screen and case and was overall very helpful. There's great people at this store.”
“Fosmon Wave Link 51005HOM works great for our two cats! Didn't need the bracket. Used 3M removable Velcro to attach sensor to wall 8" from floor near litter box pathway. Plugged in receiver in another centrally located room. Now when the vet visits require a "sample" we know who used the litter box. Great being able to choose chime volume and type. Can't thank these folks enough for creating a really smart unit.”

“Miss Johanna was kind from the beginning, she resolved my doubts and helped me choose the telephone that would work for me, completely kind I must say that I passed my telephone line through her. She had to send me to another place for the iPhone 15 that I bought, as I heard it was the person in charge who attended to me, and from the beginning I felt extremely angry because of her tone of voice and her sharp answers, although I give that lady a positive and that is that he knew how to connect my data from the previous phone to another, however you should know that a good attitude always makes a difference! I will be happy to return and bring people to this establishment, especially where Miss Jhoana serves us”
“Moe is the absolute best! Been dealing with Metro for at least ten years (New York and here) and he's the only one who was able to save/ transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. Saved me so much time and aggravation. This is the only place I will deal with for any phone issues-- you should too!”

“So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”
“Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”
“My screen was cracked and I brought my phone into be fixed and when I brought it home that same night I noticed my speaker was not sounding right, I brought it back the following morning and they re placed my speaker. Very helpful staff and respectful. Thank you guys”

“I'm pretty happy with my experience here...Most all Repair stores I've used charge so much it's not worth repairing. For a new input part(my phone just stopped charging) they charged $60, better then having to buy an entire new phone. It did take a little longer then a was hoping but... I understand. Thnks again!”

“We started out with 1 star but after 5 weeks, it's back to 5. We both had made an honest mistake with my wife's phone, she was super pissed, hated me & the t-mobile guys for weeks and I don't blame her.
Needless to say, Matt, Richard & Jim kept pursuing the issue, I keep calling in but it takes time when dealing with the mothership but it finally was rectified.
Could it have been smoother, faster, better? I think we all learned some good lessons however it also could have been much worse.
Glad those guys kept going with the mothership and all the while I'm complaining, they never barked back at me so very professional.”

“Picture this... it's the dead of winter and my lips are so dry they've been bleeding for the past three days that I've woken up (and I can't find any of my chapstick!). Enter my favorite Target! My strongly needed aquafor was easy to find and now my lips can begin their healing journey. Thank you Target for always being there to help when I need you the most! Unfortunately, I am only able to rate this location four stars because today they had half of their parking lot blocked off (for a reason I don't know!) and I was unable to park in my favorite spot. This new occurrence set me off of my groove and I was unable to enjoy my shopping trip to the fullest degree.”
