“I'm truly amazed how they took my 4 year old worn and broken black dress shoes and made them better than new. Then, on top of all that, I don't have to get a new pair that will probably hurt my feet for a month while I break them in be mine. Better result, cost less than a new pair, and is earth friendly (not throwing shoes away). I wish I knew this possibility sooner.”
“Was in the market for new work boots. First time coming to this location. I had been going to Chets in circle pines for years, but found out that they are no longer a dealer with Red Wing. I was hesitant at first to try a new location for boots, but the service was very good in Maplewood. I was in and out in a few minutes with a new pair of Irish setters ( my boot of choice). The salesman was very welcoming and was fast to fit and find the exact boot that I had always ordered from Chets. They even give the union discount on the boots making it a little easier on the wallet. I will be returning again in the future after your wonderful service.”
“I have been dealing with heel pain in my right foot. I read that Vionic shoes offer great support for all kinds of foot condtions. I was greeted by Alan and he was knowledgeable about all the shoes they carry. He brought out a few different shoes that would offer support for my feet and help with the pain. He also suggested Haflinger clogs for at home. I ended up purchasing these and a pair of Vionics. I just love both and the clogs are so comfy and support my feet on the wood floors. Can I just say wow! After one day of wearing these shoes I am doing so much better and the pain is almost gone! I highly recommend this store to anyone dealing with foot pain. A knowledgeable store that knows feet and shoes! Thank you so much and I will be a returning customer!”

“I wanted a new pair of shoes for everyday wear…Michael was very helpful to find that pair for me as well as another. He also helped my dad, sister, sister’s boyfriend, and other sister get one or more pair of shoes and they weren’t looking for any…he was very friendly along with the other staff and very helpful. Michael was a great salesman and if we ever make it back to MN for another Yankees-Twins series, we will be sure to stop by Tradehome Shoes at the Mall! He was also very accommodating and recycled our shoe boxes right there for us, so we had room on our train ride for our shoes.”

Mauran listened to my needs, had me try a few options, and I found a comfortable option at a reasonable price compared to other companies. She also recommended a brand of sneakers that are better for my needs. Highly recommend if you have back or knee issues go to Schuler to get recommendations!”

“Ramos and Cal went above and beyond to help my friend find a pair of shoes that fit her needs perfectly. We initially went to a high end store and received mediocre service with a lackluster care to help. Ramos and Cal couldn't have been more opposite to that experience. They were patient, attentive, and researched her needs to be as helpful as possible.

“Beautiful new location! Located on the second floor near Express. I had to return some pillows today and the employees were so patient and helpful. They even gave out flowers today since it was the grand opening. Overall, the store had a great vibe thanks to the friendliness of the employees. Selfishly, I am happy the store relocated because it’s closer to me than when it was in St. Paul.”

“Jason helped me out in finding my next new boot. Tried a pair I thought I would like and as they were braking in I wasn't happy with feet hurting. (Was getting weird pinching I haven't had before braking boots in) Jason took them back and got me into a different pair, no questions asked. The new boots are broken in and feeling great. I'm going on my 6th pair happy with every pair iv had. I tried other brands due to pricing going up but was unsatisfied and would go right back to red wing to something I'm happy with. Customer for life.”
